Brilliant silver with straw-yellow reflexes and persistent, airy mousse. Fragrant and inviting aromas of jasmine and white roses, fresh pears and hints of quince. A pristine, youthful concentrated palate, very juicy acidity with a vibrating freshness and long finish.

Doctorwine

Another great classic from an area that has always produced the best expressions of this fine wine. The straw-yellow color has green reflections that are quite rare given the vintage. The nose is rich even if, as with all the products of the lakeside, which are those from the hills best exposed to the sun, there is an interesting, slightly balsamic vein with eucalyptus and a certain minerality that shows itself under the guise of white fruits and the clear and classic sweet floral streak. The flavor is excellent and not too sweet but nicely articulated while the quality of the bubbles lift the spirit without ever invading the elegant strut of the wine. The finish has a nice consistency but above all it corresponds excellently with the nose.

A single vineyard since 2000, directly in front of winery and in turn, the town square. Bottled only 10 days prior to my tasting. Stones melded with clay at this site. A fantastic nose marked by spiced dry quince, aniseed and something riper without being sweet whatsoever. Extremely complex on the nose with a sweep of minerals, energetic and extremely detailed, across the very long finish. Drink or hold.
