Wine Enthusiast
This Champagne is made exclusively from the Charlemagne holdings in grand cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. With the classic steely edge that is balanced by a softer dosage, the wine is both fruity and structured. The bottling is ready although it is sure to develop some delicious mature flavors.
Andreas Larsson - Tasted
Bright light golden colour with fine bubbles. Pure, chalky and floral nose with pale stone fruit, citrus and fresh hazelnut. Good grip on the palate, fresh and vibrant with firm stone fruit flavours, lemon zest and crushed nuts, pure Chardonnay with good balance and approaching complexity, and a long and salivating finish.

This Champagne, which is aged for three years, is made from grapes from Oger and Le Mesnil. It's one of the most elegant nonvintage Champagnes I've ever had! The nose is incredibly pure and flowery, like a Chablis grand cru from Louis Michel. The flavor is also romantically light and multifaceted—the perfect aperitif on an early summer evening. A bit more powerful and oaky nowadays.

A non-vintage cuvée born from the selection of 12 plots in Le Mesnil. La Grande Réserve expresses the identity of the Le Mesnil terroir, refined through extended aging on the lees.
– Verticality. Depth. Concentration –
-
We cultivate our own vineyard of approximately twelve hectares, primarily located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
17 lieux-dits are spread across 29 plots on the hillside and in the heart of the Le Mesnil Grand Cru terroir.
Old vines —averaging 58 years of age— are propagated using massal selection in named lieux-dits such as Les Chétillons, Les Coullemets, Les Hauts Jardins, Les Mussettes, Mont-Joly, and Aillerand du Midi.
We are committed to ensuring the long-term health and longevity of our vines.
A sensitive and caring approach.
A concept of absolute respect for the vine’s resilience.
All attention is focused on the vine itself, placing it at the center, so it can fully initiate the connection between the identity of our terroir and its expression in our wines.
