A new launch of a nice and very house-typical wine. The standard champagne Grand Brut has during its best old days had a touch of the aromas that dominate here. Vanilla cakes, digestive biscuits and sweet citrus. Nice. An almost white champagne with an extremely youthful style. Filled with spring-tinged florality and light crispy aromas. Nice job Hervé!

Falstaff

Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a lively, fine mousse. Delicate cookie, yellow tropical fruit and some blossom honey on the nose, with a hint of grapefruit. Textured and elegant on the palate with a core of fresh pome fruit and a fine acidity, leading to pink grapefruit on the lingering finish. There's a mineral aftertaste, making for a multi-faceted food companion

The latest release of Perrier-Joët's NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is charming and expressive, bursting from the glass with aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, pear, white flowers and subtle hints of buttered toast. Medium to full-bodied, elegant and fine-boned, its pretty core of fruit is girdled by succulent acids, concluding with a delicately chalky finish.

Classic style with reductive Chardonnay delicate nose of charcoaled orange and lemon peel. Carob, nougat and greengage on the palate with a lifted freshness of lime macaron and white pepper.

Delicate nose with lime tree and lemon pulp, green apple and butter. The tarte tatin-like character is supported by pinprick bubbles, medium body and a tight-knit structure with zesty acidity and good floral length, enhanced by a touch of chalky minerality. 100% chardonnay. Drink or hold.
