James Suckling
A base of the 2013 vintage and driven by pinot noir, this has a very dry, complex and assertively savory style. There’s a core of lemons and grapefruit on the palate. Really zesty and brash. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
Decanter Magazine
Relatively mature nose which marries herbs, currants and hints of crème brûlée, tempered by a creamy and languid palate kept neatly in check with a sobering tight structure; offering plenty of pleasure.
Robert Parker Wine Advocate
The NV Brut Nature Fleur de l'Europe is an assemblage of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay from the vintages 2011 (60%) and 2010 (40%); it was disgorged in July 2015. The wine starts pure and fresh on the nose, with matured apple and fascinating iodine aromas. Very delicate on the palate, but also intense and persistent, this is a very complex and very mineral cuvée of great finesse and purity. Light but complex, very long and with grip. This will be excellent with food, but also as an aperitif. There is great finesse and purity here.
Bacchus Magazine
A richer, generous style, hemmed in with a lattice of firm acidity, this is a biodynamic, third generation grower champagne from the Vallée de l'Aube in the Côte des Bar. One of the first to move to full biodynamics, this cuvee is a blend of 85/15 pinot noir/chardonnay, with an an average age of vines 25 years and 25 percent reserve wine. Lemon pith, lemon curd, baked apple lead the round and creamy mid palate, with large flake sea salt, toast and a light kiss of fragrant honey and camomile florals on the finish. A confident and assertive style.

Historia
