Andreas Larsson - Tasted
Medium deep pink colour with a copper hue and vivid creaminess. Pure nose with aromas of plum, red berries, citrus and some pastry. Medium bodied and generous, good notion of Pinot/red grapes with raspberry, cherry, pink grape and gingerbread spices, and a creamy and rounded finish with a balancing fresh acidity.
Champagne Club by Richard Juhlin
A wonderfully delicious fruit-driven summer champagne with lots of uncomplicated fruit and hearty charm. Soft and tingly at the same time as a summer day. Still, this is not my kind of style so the points may be a bit too chary in most people's eyes.
Gilbert & Gaillard
Light coppery-orange. Refined, open nose recalling apricot and blood orange. Wonderful mouthfeel combining fullness, mellowness and freshness. Precise, long-lasting aromas. Remarkably well-melted finish. A very compelling rosé Champagne.
Wine Enthusiast
With the palest pink color, this crisp wine is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It's fruity, layered with red currants and cherries that are tightly textured. The aftertaste, dry and fresh with a hint of spice suggests the wine could do with some more bottle aging.
Falstaff
Intense salmon pink, copper-pink reflections, very fine mousse. Fresh red forest berries, a hint of heart cherry, cranberry, a hint of baked goods, a hint of orange zest. Juicy, elegant, fresh white apple fruit, fine acidity, delicate fruit sweetness in the background, mineral finish, versatile, finely savoury aftertaste.

The NV Rosé Prestige Brut Premier Cru is a generous and well-structured blend of Pinot Noir (90%, from Vertus, the Marne Valley and the Montagne de Reims) and Chardonnay (Côte des Blancs) that shows a very nice, medium-intense salmon color. The wine opens with a delicately aromatic but also spicy-flavored nose of red fruits (raspberries, cherries) and reveals a delicate and fresh yet intense, round and elegant palate with a very fine mousse and a good, cleansing finish. There are juniper flavors in the long finish. Tasted from L6354NG31 that was disgorged in December 2016 with nine grams of dosage.
The newest disgorgements from Duval-Leroy include several truly wonderful Champagnes. The non-vintaged Femme de Champagne, for example, is only topped by the 2006 Millésime Prestige, an extraordinary Vintage Champagne that was disgorged after 9.5 years in the bottle. Tasted for the first time: the remarkable and concentrated Extra-Brut Prestige. This 150+-year-old, still family-owned house in Vertus is becoming a dramatically good producer with highly delicate and finessed cuvées in a lovely stimulatingly dry and perfectly round style. The prices are still moderate, so there is no reason not to check out the new Duval-Leroy.
